Membership Rates

1st month - $200 (includes a 1 on 1 technique session, basic nutrition counseling, & unlimited classes)

After 1st month - $160 (includes unlimited classes & basic nutrition counseling)

After 1st month Police, Fire, EMS, Military - $135 (includes unlimited classes & basic nutrition counseling)   

After 1st month Family (some restrictions apply) - $135 (includes unlimited classes & basic nutrition counseling) 

Personal Training - Rates vary, contact Frank for a quote at fbcnewwindsor@gmail.com.  We offer personal training for whatever your goal is including CrossFit, Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, Strongman, Endurance, and sport specific athletes.

Advanced Nutrition - Rates vary, contact Bridget for a quote at crossfitnewwindsor@gmail.com 

Visiting CrossFitters - $15 per drop in or $40 per week (3 or more days).  As long as you are an athlete of another affiliate you are welcome to drop in to any of our classes.  You do not need to call ahead unless you want to make arrangements to follow your own programming.  Contact us for weekend open gym hours.  You can fill out our waiver ahead of time here.

Try A Free Class

Fill out our INTAKE FORM and we will get back to you within 24 hours to arrange for you to attend a FREE class.  You can choose any class that you want.  During your trial class one of our coaches will spend the entire class with you guiding you through the class warm up, instruct you on the technique needed to complete the workout, modify the workout to your fitness level if needed, and coach you through the workout.  If you have any questions you can call us at 845-629-3757 or email crossfitnewwindsor@gmail.com. 

Join CrossFit New Windsor

If you enjoyed your free class and want to get started all you have to do is let us know. We will schedule a 1 on 1 technique session with you before you start taking classes.  During the classes you attend you will be instructed by the coach on the safety, efficiency, and efficacy of the movements in the workouts.  Our coaches are extremely attentive and will show you EVERYTHING you need to know including the warm up, technique, movement modifications, workout modifications, how much weight to use, where to stand, how to set everything up, etc.

CrossFit New Windsor is an extremely diverse fitness community made up of people from all walks of life.  Your size or fitness level DOES NOT matter.  Our environment is supportive and welcoming.  Our aim is to build you to the highest capacity of accuracy, agility, balance, coordination, endurance, flexibility, power, speed, stamina, and strength as possible.  Our prescription for fitness is carefully planned and varied workouts using all types of weightlifting, bodyweight movements, and cardiovascular movements.  Our methods are very progressive for the beginner and challenging for the elite.  We implement our program to our members using trainers that teach, correct, and demonstrate simply, safely and effectively.
