CrossFit New Windsor

CrossFit New Windsor is a fitness community that thrives on dedication and consistency. Our environment is supportive and welcoming. Our workouts are infinitely scale-able and modifiable for everyone from beginner to elite, young or old, large or small.  We offer 3 programs: CrossFit, Frank's Barbell Club, and Sweat Lab.  Fill out our contact form or call 845-629-3757 with any questions you may have.

Getting Started:

Everyone starting CrossFit or FBC must complete several 1 on 1 sessions.  These sessions cover the fundamentals, safety, and technique of weightlifting and bodyweight movement.  Each session is $25.  Once your 1 on 1 sessions are complete you are ready to attend any of the group classes on our schedule.

 Which do I choose? Increases accuracy, agility, balance, coordination, endurance, flexibility, power, speed, stamina, strength. If you enjoy being challenged and always learning new things then try CrossFit.  Increases accuracy, balance, coordination, flexibility, power, speed, strength. If you don’t like heavy cardio but enjoy lifting weights or want to get strong quickly try FBC.  Increases endurance, speed, stamina. If you are hesitant to try CrossFit, don’t like weights, have flexibility issues, joint or muscle issues, or other health problems try Sweat Lab to get started.
 *15% discount on CrossFit for military, police, fire, & immediate family. No discounts for FBC, SL, or 1 on 1 sessions. 1 on 1 sessions are by appointment.
**1 free trial session available for CFNW & SL by appointment. All 3 programs will promote a loss of body fat and an increase in muscle.
***CFNW - No 7:30 Fridays. FBC & SL are new programs. Additional class times may be added in the future.
****CFNW membership includes all 3 programs. Membership to FBC & SL available for $160/month.
