Bootcamp is how we got our start to having a gym. We know that fitness improves health and transforms the human body. More importantly, we believe in challenging people and revolutionizing quality of life with a stress free community. We just happen to have some great trainers that think the same way we do about fitness and about life. People should live long lives and move under their own free will. We believe that our older generations can become strong enough to live without wheel chairs, walkers, and nursing homes. We believe that our families can fight and even prevent diabetes, obesity, and heart disease. We want you to start at any stage of your life and take it one day at a time.

  • $120/month for 3 classes per week or 12 classes per month
  • $150/month for unlimited classes
  • $20/drop in class
  • Monday: 10am11am
  • Tuesday: 7:30pm8:30pm
  • Wednesday: 10am11am
  • Thursday: 7:30pm8:30pm
  • Friday: 10am11am
  • Saturday: 10:30am11:30am
