How do we work

The two most common questions are:

1. Am I going to be able to do CrossFit?

2. How do I get started?

If you take a look at some of the pictures on our home page you will notice a wide variety of people of different ages, different body types, different fitness levels, and different life challenges. So, yes, you can absolutely do CrossFit. We solve problems for our clients. What many people don't realize is that CrossFit was designed to be scalable and modifiable for every individual person. This is how we were able to solve the problems for all of the people in those pictures.

All of our new members begin with 1 on 1 personal training with a coach. Our new members will have the same personal training coach forever. Your coach teaches you about our warm ups, techniques to movements, safety, flexibility, scaling and modifying movements and workouts, progressions to movements, how to set up for a workout, and how our classes work. These 1 hour sessions are essential for you to build a relationship with your coach and in order for the coach to assess and build upon your level of fitness. We want you to be 100% comfortable, proficient with the exercises, safe, educated, and prepared before attending a group class. Before starting group classes our new members are able to demonstrate all of the proper techniques and are able to fall right into our group classes safely and well educated. Personal training rates are $65 per session. 3 sessions per week for 6-8 weeks is the standard we use to create a great foundation and sky rocket your results.

Once you have completed personal training your coach will enter you into a hybrid membership of group classes and personal training (You can also opt to stay with personal training and not enter into classes).

3x per week + 1 personal training session a month - $200 per month

Unlimited + 1 personal training session a month - $240 per month

The monthly personal training session with your coach is so that your coach can re-evaluate your fitness, give you a plan, work with you on progressing your movements, and coach you on more technical exercises. You can add more personal training to your hybrid membership if you wish.

We take our clients fitness, goals, and needs seriously all while making it fun and exciting to workout. We don't just offer a class to workout in we offer you a coach for life. We offer a coach that teaches you how to stay fit and healthy as you age, how to make nutrition choices, and how fix your movement problems.
